Abstract
Objective To analyze the cost-effectiveness of levofloxacin sequential therapy and full intravenous injection for the elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infections, explore the clinical value of sequential therapy. Methods 80 elderly patients with respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the treatment group(42 cases) and the control group(38 cases) , the control group was treated with full intravenous therapy, compared with the effect and cosl-effectiveness. Results The treatment group cure rate (57. 14% ) , efficiency (90.48% ) , the rate of bacterial clearance (90% ) compared with the control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05); a course cost (413.2 yuan) of the treatment group is far lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Levofloxacin sequential therapy is a more economical, effective, safe therapy.关键词
