Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ma-mi-ai for infant diarrhea autumn. Methods 115 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group, smecta, pepsin mixture, compound vitamin B and fluid therapy were used to the control group, added with Ma-mi-ai on this basis for the treatment group. Results Treatment group antidiarrheal time to correct dehydration time, the average healing time, the total course of treatment than the control group, statistically significant (P < 0. 01). The total effective rate of the control group and treatment group were 87. 51% and 97. 59% , the difference was significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion Ma-mi-ai in treatment of infant diarrhea autumn, is safe, effective, good compliance.关键词
