解毒化瘀颗粒治疗慢性重型肝炎内毒素血症的临床研究
Efficacy of the Detoxification and Stasis-resolving Granules for the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Severe Hepatitis and Endotoxemia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Detoxification and Stasis-resolving granules for the treatment of patients with chronic severe hepatitis (CSH) and endotoxemia.Methods:110 patients with CSH were randomly divided into controlled group and treatment group.The controlled group was assigned to receive a western comprehensive treatment alone (n =55) ; the treatment group was assigned to orally medicated with Detoxification and Stasis-resolving Granules on the basis of controlled group (n =55).Changes in liver function and endotoxin levels were monitored.Results:The treatment group was associated with a significantly higher proportion of patients with improved liver function and a significantly greater decrease in serum LPS,compared with the controlled group (P＜0.05).Overall,patients were significantly more likely to respond to the treatment group than to the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusions:The Detoxification and Stasis-resolving Granules appears to be effective for CSH with endotoxemia.关键词
