中药熏洗治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of herbal fumigation to treat diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Selecting during hospitalization has been diagnosed in 70 cases of diabetic nephmpathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,two groups were given the same department of internal medicine comprehensive treatment,treatment group given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath,foot bath with warm water in the controlled group,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment of clinical efficacy,blood glucose,urinary protein index changes.Results:The curative effect in treatment group was significantly higher than that in controlled group (P＜0.05),and no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Herbal fumigation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.关键词
