Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and insulin to treat asymptomatic type 2 diabetes.Methods:Using Erzhi Siwu Decoction to treat 38 cases of asymptomatic type 2 diabetes and cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated by Erzhi Siwu Decoction on the basis of insulin,36 cases in controlled group only with insulin therapy,treatment period were all three months,fasting blood glucose was controlled within 3.9 ～7.2mol/L and postprandial blood glucose 2 hours was less 10mmol/L,observing ~e differences of the amount of insulin and the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups.Results:The incidence of hypoglycemia of the treatment group were lower than the controlled group.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of asymptomatic type 2 diabetes has good effect and security,and gets the greater space for development.关键词
