大蒜种质资源聚类分析与评价
Cluster Analysis and Evaluation of Garlic Germplasm Resources

Abstract
The systematic cluster method was adopted for classifying 78 garlic germplasm resources according to their growth potential,fertility period,yield of bulbs and bolts per year,meanwhile the characteristics of the different groups were also analyzed.The results indicated that all the tested garlic cuhivars could be divided into 2 groups,bolting garlic (Ⅰ) and unbolting garlic (Ⅱ).The bolting garlic (Ⅰ) could be divided into 3 subclasses,Ⅰa,Ⅰb and Ⅰc.The average weight of single garlic bolt of Ⅰa was 17.9 g,which increased by 11.2％ and 15.5％ compared to that of Ⅰb and Ⅰc,respectively.However the single garlic bulb weight of Ⅰa was 32.2％ lower than that of Ⅰb,while its fertility period was 9.4 days longer than that of Ⅰc.Consequently,Ⅰa,Ⅰb and Ⅰc were named as bolts-bulb-dual-purpose varieties,bulb-bolts-dual-purpose varieties and early bolting varieties respectively.Therefore suitable garlic varieties could be selected for different cultivation objective.The unbolting garlic (Ⅱ) had little value for cultivation because of its poor growth vigor,longer fertility period and smaller bulb.关键词
