遮荫条件下紫心甘薯的抗氧化防御系统研究
Research on Antioxidant Defense System of Purple Sweet Potato under Shading Conditions
摘要
Abstract
The changes of some important protective enzymes in antioxidant defense system in purple sweet potato leaves were studied under shading conditions.The results showed that the SOD and CAT activities of leaves decreased,but the POD activity and MDA content increased in the 2 sweet potato cultivars after shading for 20 days.Under long-time shading,SOD and CAT activities all increased,POD activity reduced in Jishu18;while SOD,CAT and POD activities increased in Ayamuraski.Therefore,SOD and CAT had important functions in antioxditation defense under shading conditions.关键词
