环糊精包合碘临床消毒效果的研究
Study on Disinfection Effect of Cydiodine
摘要
Abstract
A new cydiodine,produced by our team,was studied about its disinfection effect on woody desktop,natural water and hencoop with the 《Technical Standard For disinfection(2002 ed.)》 for reference.It had the advantages of high iodine content,stable quality and less stimulus.The results showed that with 1:800 (W/V) of cydiodine solution in 10 minutes,the killing log value of natural bacteria on desktop was 2.43 ;with 1∶10 000(W/V) of cydiodine solution,Escherichia coli in water were killed wholly in 10 minutes,while 99.65％ ～ 100％ of the natural bacteria were killed in 10 ～ 30 minutes; with 1∶500(W/V) of cydiodine solution,92.73％ and 93.58％ of the natural bacteria on ground and wall were killed respectively in 60 minutes.关键词
