165例系统性红斑狼疮患者血液系统受累情况分析
Analysis of hematological system involvement in 165 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of hematological system involvement in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and to provide evidence for its diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in SLE patients with hematological system involvement.Result A total of 96 in 165 SLE patients with hematological system involvement had anemia,63 of which had characteristics of anemia caused by chronic disease,11 had autoimmune hemolytic anemia.A total of 72 patients had a white blood cell count ＜ 4 * 109/L and 65 patients had a platelet count ＜ 100 * 109/L.And 49 of the 165 SLE patients underwent bone marrow examination,mainly hyperplasia.Conclusion Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) had a high rate of hematological abnormality,widely involved in hematological system.For women of childbearing age with hematological abnormality,possibility of SLE should be screened.Meanwhile,the combination of SLE in patients with AIHA or idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura should be on the alert.关键词
