摘要
Abstract
China's residential market shows a dualeconomy model when it becomes more and more marketoriented.It is very hard for local government to choose between market-oriented and plan-oriented models,since both the two have their respective advantages.This paper at first attempts to analyze market-actors' different behavioral responses under different constraints such as employment prospects,housing price expectation or government invention;secondly,it discusses the effects of these responses on market supply,demand and prices,so as to find direction and extent of the effects and to help market actors anticipate housing market movement.关键词
