摘要
Abstract
College teaching evaluation is one of the most concern topics by the government,universities,teachers,students,parents and the society,is also one of the most extensive research fields of high education.There's lots of domestic and foreign research,but many problems are not sure yet.University teacher teaching evaluation is difficult,largely because of teaching evaluation involves a variety of subjects and the multiple values of the object itself.Based on the case study of Shanghai Jiaotong University' s students' evaluation of teaching,the paper analyzed 27 kinds of factors that may affect teachers' performance evaluation through survey and empirical analysis,and proposed recommendations to improve students' evaluation of teaching.关键词
