乙醇-水蒸气处理对静电纺蚕丝蛋白纳米纤维结构性能的影响
Influence of Ethanol-Water Vapor Treatment on Structural Performance of Electrospun Fibroin Nanofiber

Abstract
This paper analyzes and studies conformation transformation of SF in ethanol vapor and explores structural transformation mechanism of SF nanofiber through treating electrospun fibroin nanofiber with ethanol-water vapor and also through scanning electron microscope,infrared spectroscopy X-ray diffraction.Microstructure study showed water vapor would result in the increase in SF nanofiber and mutual conglutination.Infrared spectroscopy and X-ray studies showed it was hard for SF nanofiber to transform the structure in pure alcohol vapor; in 20% ~80% ethanol,silk Ⅱ structure would mainly be formed; in pure water vapor,silk Ⅱ and silk Ⅰ structures coexisted.The study considered that since molecular dimension of ethanol was large,it was difficult to penetrate into the internal of SF nanofiber in the treatment.Thus,the changes in the form and structure of nanofiber would not be caused.Water molecule would penetrate into the internal of SF nanofiber to trigger fiber swelling and meanwhile promote ethanol molecule entering the internal of the fiber,thus increasing changes in SF structure.关键词
