样品长度和拉伸速度对生丝拉伸试验结果的影响
Influence of Sample Length and Tensile Speed on Tensile Test Result of Raw Silk

Abstract
Through application of different fixation forms,lengths and tensile speeds of silk samples and comparative analysis of the main performance indexes measured,a method which can correctly evaluate tensile test of mechanical performance of raw material is explored in this paper.The results show:the strength and initial modulus are relatively low in loose fixation forms of silk samples ; the elongation and work of fracture are unstable ; the effect of fixation with quick-dry glue is the best.When the length of the silk sample increases,changes in initial modulus measured are not large; the strength and elongation decline.The increase in the speed of tensile test in proportion with the rise in the length of silk sample can reduce differences among breaking strength,elongation at break and initial modulus of silk samples with different lengths.Among the four evaluation indexes,the fluctuation of initial modulus is the minimum.关键词
