摘要

Abstract

With Calcium Sulfate Whiskers (CSW) and coupling agent as modifier,the polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene/calcium sulfate whisker (PC/ABS/CSW) alloy was prepared by melting extrusion method.And the effects of modifier content on mechanical properties,stresscrack performance and melt flowability of the alloy were investigated.The results show that:the modified CSW disperses in PC/ABS alloy evenly,and then the tensile strength and impact strength of the PC/ABS alloy increase by 17.3% and 10.3% respectively,moreover,the stresscrack performance of the PC/ABS alloy can be enhanced.
