弧形闸门上升与下降过程开度分析
Analysis on opening of radial gate during its rising and falling
摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis on the geometrical linkage relationship between radial gate and its hoist,the functional relationship between the journey of hoist and the opening of the gate is derived,while the theoretical opening of the gate is calculated in accordance with the corresponding relationship between the measuring value of absolute encoder and the journey of hoist,and then the error between the theoretical value and the actual measured value is analyzed based on the measured value of the gate opening got by the laser distance sensor.Practice demonstrates that the problems from the both the real-time performance and the accuracy of the opening measurement of the radial gate are effectively solved after eliminating the errors caused by the deformation of steel wire rope and the position of the rope-end on the hoist-drum during its rising and falling.关键词
