DNA Methylation and Mutiple Myeloma
摘要
Abstract
DNA methylation is one of the most widely studied epigenetic events in tumor research.DNA methylation usually occurs at CpG island.DNA methylation is mediated by DNA methyhransfeases (DNMTs).DNA methylation plays an important role in the development and progression of lots of cancers.A great number of studies had indicated a strong correlation between the multiple myeloma (MM) and methylation.Further studies on the MM associated methylation may provide new sights into MM pathogenesis and its diagnosis and treatment.关键词
