6个酿酒葡萄品种抗寒性比较
Comparison of Cold Resistance for 6 Grapewine Cultivars

Abstract
The objective of the research is to study the cold-resistance of main grapewine cultivars in Shanxi Province,as well as the relationship between relative physicochemical index of branches and the cold-resistance of cultivars.Six grapewine cultivars preserved in Taigu Grape Resource Center of National Fruit Tree Germplasms were selected as test materials and the semi-lethal temperatures (LT50) of those cultivars were obtained through the combined application of electrical conductivity and Logistic equation.Based on the bud germination rate of the tested cultivars treated with low-temperature,the cold-resistance of the cultivars was evaluated synthetically.Meanwhile,the change rule of the content of proline and MDA in grape shoots during low-temperature stress was studied.According to the LT50,the order from strong to weak of the six cultivars which showed the cold-resistance was Chardonnay,Cabernet Sauvignon,Italy Riesling,Syrah,Merlot and Cabernet Franc,which was consistent with the order of germination rate of buds treated with the low temperature (Chardonnay Cabernet Sauvignon,Syrah,Italy Riesling,Merlot and Cabernet Franc).The content of MDA and proline in shoots of most cultivars presented regular changes during low temperature stress.The significantly positive correlation was observed between the content of MDA and relative electrolyte leakage rate at the temperature of-20℃,with the correlation coefficent of 0.843.Compared with other cultivars,Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon showed greater cold-resistance ability,followed by Syrah and Italy Riesling,and then by Merlot and Cabernet Franc.The study also suggested that MDA could be considered as a reliable physicochemical index in the identification of grapes with cold-resistance property.关键词
