RNA in situ Hybridization in Vegetable Plants
摘要
Abstract
RNA in situ hybridization is one of the most direct and effective ways to explore the temporal and spatial gene expression patterns at the cellular level.RNA in situ hybridization has been widely used in Arabidopsis and maize,but few studies have been reported in vegetable plants,possibly due to its technique difficulties.Combining the RNA in situ hybridization techniques in Arabidopsis and maize with our experimental experience,we optimized the RNA in situ hybridization for vegetable plants.In this study,using cucumber as an example,we described the specific procedures for RNA in situ hybridization and a few remarks for vegetable plants.关键词
