Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic excision of the uterine diverticulum in treatment of patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum.Methods Six patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum in Shenzhen People' s Hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 underwent laparoscopic excision of the uterine diverticulum.The clinical data were analyzed.Results The procedures were successfully performed in all patients.The average duration of the surgery was (69 ± 7) min and the average volume of intraoperative bleeding was (55 ± 18)ml.After followed up for 6-19 months,the mean duration was shortened from (18.2 ±3.1) d to (7.0 ± 1.4) d.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery can significantly shorten the period of patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum.关键词
