摘要
Abstract
Inosine 5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase(IMPDH) is the rate limiting enzyme in the de novo synthesis of guanine nucieotides. The direct determination of target enzyme activity as a biomarker of mycophenolic acid (MPA) may help to estimate better the individual response to the immuno suppressant. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the recent literature on the methodology and the use of IMPDH monitoring in the field of organ transplantation.关键词
