摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the level and the clinical significance of plasma soluble CD 36(sCD36) in predicting complications of vascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods To test the serum level of sCD36,insulin resistance index (IR) ,triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in 45 type 2 diabetic patients with vascular disease (group A) ,47 type 2 diabetic patients with non-vascular disease (group B) and 45 normal controls (group C) from August, 2008 to May, 2012. Satistical analysis was used to reveal the clinical relationship among vascular disease in type 2 diabetic group,non-vascular disease in type 2 diabetic group and the healthy control group. Results sCD36 levels was significantly higher in type 2 diabetic patients (3. 25 ± 0. 3 ,1. 55 ±0. 31, t= 11. 23, P<0. 05). Compared with the healthy control group (3. 25 ± 0. 3,1. 55 ± 0. 31,t=3. 44,P<0. 05) ,the difference was significant (P<0. 05). In patients with type 2 diabetes,the levels of sCD36 in group with vascular disease complication were significantly higher in the group with non-vascular disease complication (P<0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that sCD36 was positively associated with IR,TG and LDL-C ( r= 0. 447,0. 442,0. 332,P<0. 05). Conclusion sCD36 was useful for monitoring complications of vascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients.
