摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the differences of urine sedimentary assayed by Sysmex UF-1000i urine sedimentary analyzer (UF-1000i) ,Mejer-600 11 Urine dry chemistry analyzer (dry chemical method)and the microscopic method. Methods Both methods mentioned above were used simultaneously for determining the WBC, RBC and CAST in 1 523 fresh urines that collected randomly from the clinic and hospital patients in Ankang hospital center from May to October in 2012. Results The positive detection rate of WBC,RBC and CAST were 22. 13% ,24. 69% and 7. 35% by the UF-1000i,20. 35% and 21. 41% by the dry chemical method and 27. 31% ,15. 56% and 1. 71% by the microscopic method. The difference of the positive detection rate of the WBC and RBC by the three methods was statistically significant (χ2 = 22. 32,39. 87,P<0. 05) ;the difference of the positive detection rate of the cast was statistically significant (χ2=56. 14,P<0. 05),which assayed by the UF-1000i and the microscopic method. Conclusion In order to improve the inspection accuracy,reduce the rate of the misdiagno-sis and the missed,improve the quality of the analysis of the urine test and provide timely and reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, shoud unite the three methods and complement each other.关键词
