The changes of heat shock protein-27 expression in mice with CCl4-induced acute liver injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the dynamic changes of heat shock protein(HSP)-27 in mice with CCl4-induced acute liver injury.Methods One hundred mice were randomly divided into 10 groups.The acute liver injury of mice were induced by CCl4 abdominal injection.Eye blood and liver tissues were respectively collected at 3h,6h,12h,24h,30h,36h,42h,48h and 54h after CCl4 injection.Western blotting was used to detect the expression of HSP27 during acute liver injury in mice.Results AST and ALT activities were gradually increased and got to the peak levels at 24h,then they gradually recovered to the normal level at 54h after CCl4 injection;The hepatic expression of HSP27 was slightly increased at 3h and got to the peak levels at 24h (P＜0.05),then the HSP27 expression gradually returned to normal levels.Conclusion The expression of HSP27 is significantly changed during acute liver injury in mice induced by CCl4,which may play an important role in the process of regeneration of liver after liver injury.关键词
