摘要

Abstract

The Ni-based petroleum resin hydrogenation catalysts of high holding sulfur capacity were prepared by coprecipitation,which was added with Fe,Zn,Cu and Mg and other additives in the preparation.The dispersion and reduction performance of catalyst active component were charactered by the XRD and TPR technology.The results show that the additive can inhibit Ni particle to grow up and adjust the interaction of active component with carrier,which can improve the capacity of holding sulfur of petroleum resin hydrogenation catalyst.The high sulfur capacity of Ni-based petroleum resin hydrogenation catalyst can effective prevent such as sulfur impurities contacting with downstream catalysts,ensure the downstream catalyst activity and prolong the life of catalyst.
