PAR-2、VEGF 和CD34在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义
Expression and significance of protease-activated receptor-2, VEGF and CD34 in gastric cancer tissue

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of PAR-2, VEGF and CD34 in gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods PAR-2, VEGF and CD34 were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation of PAR-2 expression with VEGF and CD34 expressions and clinical pathologic factors was analyzed. Results Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive expressions of PAR-2 , CD34 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma tissues were 52.5%, 63.8% and 65.0%. PAR-2 expression in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of tumor cells, whereas VEGF mainly in the cytoplasm. Linear correlation analysis showed significant inverse relationship between expression of PAR-2 and clinical stage, depth of infiltration and distant metastasis, and positive correlation between expression of PAR-2 and VEGF, CD34. Conclusion The overexpression of PAR-2 is related with the neovascularization in gastric carcinoma tissues.关键词
