摘要

Abstract

During launching of shield machine in winter,water freezing which may usually appear in water circulation system,foam system,mud adding system and grouting system will cause system pipeline plugging,valve body stagnating,instrument failure; and with such and such a fault,the shield machine cannot be debugged.To solve this problem,for the tunnel engineering of No.7 bidding section of second stage projects of Beijing Metro Line 10,the electric heat tracing technology was adopted to do heating and heat preservation for above-mentioned systems so as to prevent water from freezing.As a result,with this technology,the debugging and launching of the shield machine in winter have been achieved.
