BTCA用于弹力牛仔织物压皱整理的研究
Research of modification of crumpling treatment on elastic denim fabric with BTCA

Abstract
The 1,2,3,4-butane tetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) was used as cross-linking agent to treat elastic indigo dyed denim fabric in the presence of nanometer titanium dioxide(TiO2) as a catalyst.Instead of traditional high temperature curing method,the UV curing finishing process was used to treat the denim fabric.According to single factor test to analyze the relationship among the concentration of BTCA,the concentration of nanometer titanium dioxide (TiO2),UV irradiation time and the wrinkle recovery angle and the breaking strength of the denim fabric.The results show that the optimal process conditions were given as follows:BTCA 75 g/L,catalyst TiO2 volume fraction 15 %,UV irradiation time with 20 min.After finishing,the wrinkle performance of the denim fabric was greatly improved,what is more,this method is more environmental friendly and more energy efficient than the traditional way of finishing.关键词
