Abstract
Abstract:The objective of study was to investigate the effects of different components of Acanthopanax Giraldii Harms polysaccarides (AHP-Ⅰ,AHP-Ⅱ,AHP-Ⅲ) on the immunoregulation function of the peritoneal macrophage of mouse.The engulfment of neutral red and the expression levels of NO,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β were determined for all of these three fractions.The Results showed that the polysaccharides from Acanthopanax Giraldii Harm have different stimulating activities on mouse' s peritoneal macrophage cells.The AHP-Ⅱ enhanced the phagocytic activity significantly,and promoted the release of NO and other cytokines.All of the three polysaccharides activated the mouse' s peritoneal macrophage cells,and the effect of AHP-Ⅱ was the highest.关键词
