云南苦绳化学成分的研究
Study on the Chemical Constituents of Dregea sinensis Hemsl
摘要
Abstract
Six chemical constituents were separated and purified by Silica gel chromatography column,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography column and semi-preparative HPLC from the roots of Dregea sinensis Hemsl.Their chemical structures were established on the basis of IR,1D and 2D NMR data and MS analyses.These compounds were identified as icosanoic (1),α,γ-dipalmitin (2),β-sitosterol (3),4-methyl-cholesta-7-ene-3β-ol (4),3,4 '-dimethoxyl-4,9,9'-trihydroxylbenzofuranneolignan-7 '-ene (5),pinoresinol (6).Compounds 1-6 were isolated from the roots of Dregea sinensis Hemsl for the first time.关键词
