木犀草素-锡(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征及抗氧化活性研究
Synthesis, Characterization and Antioxidant Activity of Stannum(Ⅱ)-Luteolin Complex

Abstract
Luteolin has powerful complexing properties with metal ion.In this study,the synthesis and antioxidant activity of stannum(Ⅱ)-luteolin complex were studied.The structure of the complex had been characterized by UV-visible,IR and 1 H NMR spectroscopic techniques.The antioxidant activity of the complex was evaluated using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)and 1,10-phenanthroline-Fe2+ (OH)methods.The results showed that the coordination sites of luteolin with stannum (Ⅱ) cations were 5-hydroxy-4-carbonyl and 3',4'-dihydroxyl (catechol).Luteolin-Sn (Ⅱ) complex showed weaker antioxidant activities than luteolin,which was due to the complexation of Sn(Ⅱ)with the active site at 5-OH ~4-C =O and 3',4'-OH in the molecule of luteolin.关键词
