大中型工程项目群柔性进度计划优化模型的研究
Research on Flexible Schedule Optimization Model in Large and Medium-sized Projects
摘要
Abstract
In the large and medium-sized projects,the schedule relationships between the owner and the contractor and between the contractors have changed.The project schedule which is affected by various factors is uncertain.So the schedule optimization principle should contain the effect of the project relationship and the ensure probability of the project schedule.According to random process theory,this paper has analyzed the distribution patterns of the large and medium-sized projects schedule,researched the effect of the ensure probability of the project and milestone project on the schedule optimization,and built the model of flexible schedule optimization model for large and medium-sized projects through the foregoing analysis.Finally,a case study is given to illustrate the proposed model.关键词
