十雄角果木树皮的乙酸乙酯萃取部位化学成分的研究
Chemical Constituents of Ethyl Acetate Extracting from Barks of Ceriops decandra
摘要
Abstract
To investigate chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract from the barks of Ceriops decandra,various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel column chromatography and HPLC,were used.The structures of compounds were identified by means of spectroscopic and chemical data.Four compounds,named ent-8 (14)-pimarene-15R,16-diol,7-oxodehydroxy-abietinol,ent-8 (14)-pimarene-15R,16-diol-3-one and catechin,were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the barks of C.decandra.Compounds 16-diol-3-one and catechin are obtained from this plant for the first time.关键词
