碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料的研究现状及进展
Research advances of carbon fiber reinforced paper-based friction materials
摘要
Abstract
Paper-based friction material is a kind of porous wet friction materials which has been widely used in wet clutches and brakes of vehicles for its good friction properties.Due to the advantages of stable friction coefficient,excellent abrasion resistance,high mechanical strength and good chemical stability,carbon fiber has been widely used in various types of composite materials as reinforcement.And it will be the ideal reinforced fiber for paperbased friction materials.This paper briefly introduces the development of carbon fiber reinforced paper-based friction materials at home and abroad,and mainly focuses on the component,tribology properties and mechanism of the friction materials.Finally the development tendency of carbon fiber reinforced paper-based friction material was presented.关键词
