摘要

Abstract

The development of radio frequency simulation system (HFSS) calibration automatic test program based on vitual instrument software architecture(VISA) standard is presented.By means of the property that VISA is independent of I/O interface,operating system and programming language,the vector network analyzer is controlled with program based on general purpose interface bus (GPIB) bus and standard command for programmable instruments(SCPI)standard order,which makes the signal of space radiation signal being accurately measured and realizes the wide band calibration of target array.
