A Study on Radar Detection Range in Evaporation Duct Conditions

摘要

Abstract

First,shipborne radar detecting range in evaporation duct conditions is studied,and the mechanism and parmeter of duct conditions is described in this paper.Then,the detection condition of shipborne is analyzed,and the equation of detection range is given.Last,evaporation duct split-step Fourier transformation method for parabolic equation is used to analyze electromagnetic wave spread loss and the model for boundary and initialization condition is provided.The results show that higher duct height,higher target height and lower transmit angle will leads larger radar detection range.
