新疆葡萄霜霉病对4种杀菌剂的敏感性研究
Study on the Sensitivity of Plasmopara viticola to Four Fungicides in Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The purpose of this study aims to research the sensitivity of Plasmopara viticola to 4 fungicides:dimethomorph,azoxystrobin,metalaxyl and ethylicin in order to provide scientific basis for chemical control of Plasmopara viticola and monitor the resistance of grape downy mildew in Xinjiang region.[Method] The sensitivity of the above four fungicides collected from different areas in Xinjiang to Plasmopara viticola (grape downy mildew) was assayed by using leaf discs method.[Results] The results showed the sensitive baseline of grape downy mildew to dimethomorph,azoxystrobin,metalaxyl and ethylicin were 0.197 1,0.167 9,0.936 7 and 0.575 1 μg/mL.[Conclusion] The results have proved that dimethomorph,azoxystrobin can be used as the chemical therapeutical agent for Plasmopara viticola,but could not be used consecutively.关键词
