摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the management of intraoperative rupture of anterior communicating aneurysms during microsurgical clip occlusion. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 6 patients with intraoperative rupture of anterior communicating aneurysms during microsurgical clipping from June 2008 to June 2012. Results The ruptured aneurysms in 6 cases were successfully clipped. Four cases got good recovery. One case suffered from severe disability ,and one died. Conclusion The key to the treatment of anterior communicating aneurysmal rupture is the control of its parent artery . Complete opening of cistern and temporary artery occlusion can effectively manage the ruptured aneurysms .关键词
