丁苯酞联合美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为异常的临床研究
Clinical research on treatment of mental and behavioral disorder in patients with Alzheimer disease with butylphthalide and memantine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with memantine hydrochloride on behavioral and psychological symptoms (BPS) in patients with Alzheimer disease (AD). Methods Sixty AD patients with BPS were randomly divided into control group and observation group . The control group received the treatment with memantine hydrochloride, while the observation group received the treatment with memantine hydrochloride combined with butylphthalide soft capsule. Observation was made for 12 weeks. The mental and behavioral symptoms were evaluated by BEHAVE -AD. The cognitive function was evaluated by MMSE . The ability of daily living activities was evaluated with ADL. Results After the treatment, BEHAVE-AD, MMSE, and ADL scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P < 0.05). In the aspect of mentality and behavior ,the BEHAVE-AD scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than 8 scores,which indicated that the mental and behavioral symptoms of these patients were basically under control . In the aspect of cognition, especially the abilities of memory , attention, and language, the improvements of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group ( P < 0.05 ). In the abilities of daily living , especially in the aspects of going to lavatory , eating, putting on closes,washing up,walking,and taking a shower ,the improvements of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Adverse reactions did not occur in the patients of the two groups . Conclusion The treatment of mental and behavioral disorder in patients with AD with butylphthalide and memantine hydrochloride has a better curative effect than simple memantine hydrochloride.关键词
