基于微分博弈的流域水污染治理区域联盟研究
Study on Regional Coalition of Watershed Water Pollution Abatement Based on Differential Games
摘要
Abstract
Watershed water pollution abatement has become a real and severe challenge for regions to build up the resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Water environment is of quasi-public goods,so it seems necessary and possible to form regional coalition between lower stream and upper stream.We propose a three-player,finite-horizon differential game and analyze the influence of environment projects under three cases:autarky,bilateral coalition and grand coalition.We solve the model by Bellman dynamic programming and compare profits at different time.The results show that bilateral coalition could conform to the actuality and be beneficial to protect watershed ecological environment and promote sustainable development of society and economy.关键词
