Excel软件在数据处理上灵活便捷,在制作表格图表方面功能强大.Excel的二次开发工具VBA,作为新一代的宏语言,可以轻松地实现Excel操作自动化.笔者根据我院医用耗材库房管理工作的实际情况,利用Excel VBA 处理来自耗材数据库的数据并自动生成报表,从而达到提高医用耗材库房管理工作效率的目的.
Excel is flexible in data processing and powerful in charting. As a new generation of macro language and a secondary development tool in Excel can easily achieve the automation of Excel. According to the actual situation of medical consumables warehouse management in our hospital, Excel VBA can be used to deal with data from consumables database and generate reports automatically so as to improve the work efficiency of medical consumables warehouse management.
