Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and value of 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST). Methods CT data of 21 cases with GIST confirmed through surgery and pathology from August 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital are retrospectively analyzed. The site, size, shape, boundary, and tumor enhancement features of the lesions after enhanced scan are observed. Results Of 21 patients, 13 are located in stomach, 4 cases in small intestine, 3 cases in colon, 1 case in mesentery and 12 cases are malignant with diameter > 5cm, divided leaves in the edge, uneven density, liquefaction necrosis in the center of the tumor, inhomogeneous enhancement after enhanced scan, more obvious enhancement after delayed scan. 7 cases are benign with diameter <5cm, quasi-circular, clear boundary, uniform density, and homogeneously enhanced after enhancement scan. Tumor volume density are found much more uniform in two borderline cases. Conclusion It is of great significance to apply 64-row spiral CT scan and enhanced scan in diagnosis of the location and nature of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.关键词
