Abstract
Objective Observation of bladder necks, cervices, rectums and anal canals was made through routine physical examinations of 100 women who had undergone the spontaneous delivery with the two-dimensional transperineal ultrasonography. To investigate the significance of preliminary screening for pelvic floor function in postpartum women with the two-dimensional transperineal ultrasonography. Methods Endo-probe was put in lower areas of vagina and perineum regions of women for transvaginal ultrasound examinations to observe activity of cervix vesicae and cervix uterus, morphology change of recta, and the form and structure of anal tubes under eupnea and Valsalva. Blood distribution in sphincter ani was also observed with color Doppler. Results Displacement of cervix vesicae and cervix uterus, angles of cervix transurethral vesicae, activity in rectal ampulla and anal echo were showed clearly in transperineal examinations of 100 women. Blood distribution in anal tubes can also be revealed well. Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor observation by transperineal two-dimensional ultrasonography can initially screen postpartum stress urinary incontinence, rectal prolapse and bulging and injury of sphincter ani, which is of great clinical value and simply operated.关键词
