摘要

Abstract

Objective To design a new type telemedicine vehicle hardware system based on multi communication modes.Methods Several communication means,including comprehensive satellite communication,LTE,WIFI,Adhoc,microwave,Bluetooth and image transmission of individual,were used to realize heterogeneous network coordinate transmission.Then a new type telemedicine vehicle hardware system was developed to perform real-time bi-directional communication of video,voice and data in order to provide remote medical support for early treatment,specialized treatment as well as medical asset allocation and command.Results The new type telemedicine vehicle was gifted with the functions of 8 MHz unidirectional transmission of high-definition image of individual 1 to 3 km around the vehicle,2 Mbps bi-directional high-speed video transmission with the rear hospital,as well the data acquisition for blood pressure,heart rate,respiration and body temperature.Conclusion The new type telemedicine vehicle can meet the requirements of emergency mobile medical support.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2013,34 (5):35-37,44]
