Abstract
Objective To develop a new portable first aid kit for trauma treatment and analgesia in the field.Mwthods The overwrap of the kit was made of light nylon fiber cloth characterized with less leakage and no light reflection,and the appliances and medicines were assembled for multiple uses such as hemostasis,disinfection,analgesia and fixation.In this kit,the nasal spray of analgesia and the rectus needle were applied for practical procedure as well as effectiveness.Results The new portable first aid kit could meet the demands of hemostasis,disinfection,analgesia and fixation in emergency trauma in the field.In addition,the overwrap of this kit was waterproof and damp proof,which was adapted to the use in emergency.Conclsion The new portable first aid kit has the dual-usage of trauma treatment and analgesia in first aid,which shows fine practicability and can be an individual equipment.关键词
