Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of 64-row spiral CT for the gastrointestinal tract perforation.Methods The imaging examination data of 30 gastrointestinal tract perforation patients proved by surgery or pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 30 cases,there were 26 ones of benign perforations including ulcer and inflammation,and 4ones of tumor perforations.There were 9 ones with no positive findings found by the conventional X-ray examination and 1case with no free air by 64-row CT.64-row spiral CT behaved well in the displaying of pneumoperitoneum in case of the gastrointestinal tract perforation,as well in the displaying of the changes such as ascites and bowl wall thickening.Conchusion 64-row spiral CT functions well in the qualitative diagnosis and locating of the gastrointestinal tract perforation,and thus is worth popularizing clinically.关键词
