摘要
Abstract
Series resistance results in significant reduction in fill factor of solar cell.Linear behavior of fill factor and series resistance of solar cell has been deduced using numerical analysis of the Ⅰ-Ⅴ equation.Series resistance can be estimated from open circuit voltage,short circuit current and fill factor.关键词
