Study on synthesis of organic silicon gemini surfactant

Abstract
Polyether modified organic silicon gemini surfactant was synthesized from 3-(2-aminoethyl)-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane (D602),hexamethyldisiloxane (MM),ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and acetic anhydride through three steps.The influences of reactant molar ratio (oxethyl aminoethyl-aminopropyl siloxane and acetic anhydride),reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction yields were investigated.The optimized synthesis conditions of polyether modified organic silicon gemini surfactant were confirmed through the single factor experiment:the molar ratio of oxethyl aminoethyl-aminopropyl siloxane and acetic anhydride was 1:4,isopropanol as solvent,reacted at 60 ℃ for 2 h,and the synthesis conditions of product were mild,easy to control.The product structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR.关键词
