Determination of antioxidant 1790 in spandex by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination of antioxidant 1790 in spandex by HPLC was discussed.The determination conditions were as follows:C18 column (Agilent Zorbax SB-C18,4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),UV detector at 274 nm,the mobile phase was V(methanol):V(water)=90:10,the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min.Linearity of antioxidant 1790 regression equation was achieved on the range of 0.26～10.4 mg/mL.The detection limits was 0.076 mg/mL.The method was simple,rapid and reproducible.关键词
