Zero-sequence Circulating Current Reduction for Three-phase Three-level Modular Photovoltaic Grid-connected Systems

Abstract
According to the problem that the zero-sequence circulating current exists in the three-phase three-level modular photovoltaic grid-connected systems sharing positive,negative and AC buses,the equivalent model of the zero-sequence circulating current was proposed in this paper.The zero-sequence circulating current was divided into three types according to different exciting sources.Firstly,a parallel scheme sharing positive,negative and neutral buses was proposed to reduce the first type of the zero-sequence circulating current.Secondly,a parallel scheme based on the improved LCL filter was proposed to reduce the high frequency component of the second and third type of the zero-sequence circulating current.Thirdly,a controller was used to reduce the low frequency component of the second and third type of the zero-sequence circulating current.A three-phase three-level modular photovoltaic grid-connected system rated 10 kW was built,and simulation results and experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the model analysis and reduction methods of the zero-sequence circulating current.关键词
