Phase Current Overload Characteristics of Multi-primary Linear Induction Motors Under Failure Modes
摘要
Abstract
In order to enhance the reliability and security of double-sided linear induction motors (DSLIMs),the structure of N primaries (N is an integer and N≥ 2) sharing just one secondary can be adopted.The mathematical model of the multi-primary linear induction motor is studied.Based on the equivalent circuit model,the relationship between the electromagnetic force,phase current and slip frequency of two-primary linear induction motors is particularly analyzed.Then the phase current overload rule is obtained when one primary fails and the other primary works to keep the electromagnetic force unaltered.A two-prima DSLIM prototype is applied to experiments.The experimental results tally with the analytical value,which verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.关键词
